The exposition is covers the development of cutlery since Stone Age until the present. It deals with production and use of knives in the Czech and Slovak Republic. The exhibition presents not only finished products, but also production technologies processes as well as tools such as cutting equipment used by other craftsmen in their occupation. There is a flinty knife, stony, bronze and iron knife, alloy steel knife and a knife made of Damascene steel on view. The visitors will get acquainted with older production technologies and defunct processes as well.
