April to October: Tuesdays to Sundays: 9am – 5pm For other days and times it is possible to make an appointment. The exhibition begins on the hour, with the last starting at 4pm.

The mill is located about 15 kilometres southeasterly from Znojmo. It is a spectacular renaissance building with four operational waterwheels and a hammer pond. It is a unique technical monument due to its size and architectural interpretation. The route is changed slightly because the interior of the building is being reconstructed and new exposition is currently being created. The focus of the exhibition is the inner-space of the mill itself, where you can see several complete factory units e.g. old-time Bohemian mill equipment, American and cylindrical mill equipment. It is possible to observe the entire process of grain-grinding while observing these objects. TMB organizes a festival of traditional folk craft and art called "Slavnosti chleba" annually in September.
